Categories of Membership DGPS membership is open to all mental health professionals and students who have an interest in the practice of group psychotherapy. Eligibility for four of the levels of membership is based on AGPA membership. Three are open to non-AGPA members. To Join Click Here Clinical Member Clinical Membership is open to Clinical Members in good standing of AGPA. Associate Clinical Member This level of membership is for clinical professionals who are Associate Clinical Members in good standing of AGPA. Fellows Fellows are clinical professionals who are Fellows in good standing of AGPA. Life Member Life Members are Clinical Members, Fellows and Associate Clinical Members of AGPA in good standing that have had membership for fifteen years in AGPA or those who, upon reaching age sixty-five, have a combination of age and years of membership which total seventy. Affiliate Members This level of membership is available to professionals in the field of mental health or related fields, who, although not members of AGPA, are interested in the practice and development of group psychotherapy. Student Members Members at this level are students in the field of mental health who, although not members of AGPA, are interested in the practice and development of group psychotherapy. DGPS Trainee Members This category is for individuals who are currently enrolled and are in good standing in the Dallas Group Psychotherapy Society Training Program. To Join Click Here
